Christiansburg Aquatic Center and Help Save The Next Girl presents a Self-Defense Class led by Krav Maga Roanoke on Saturday, October 5, 2024.

We have partnered with Help Save The Next Girl and Krav Maga Roanoke to provide a two-hour self-defense class in our multipurpose rooms. From situational awareness to defending common attacks to turning your body into a weapon, this course will increase your mental preparation, skill set and confidence.

The course will work on:
• Situation Awareness
• How to Avoid Becoming a Victim
• Defenses to Common Attacks
• How to Turn Your Body Into a Weapon with Proper Striking
• Interactive and High Energy Exercises

The cost is $30.00 per person.
