The Blacksburg Volunteer Fire Department presents their annual Fire Prevention Week Open House on Sunday, October 6, 2024 at Fire Station #3.

The Annual Open House will kick off the start of Fire Prevention Week which runs from October 6-12th. This year’s theme for Fire Prevention Week is: "Smoke Alarms: Make Them Work for You!".

Meet your local dedicated volunteer firefighters, see fire trucks & equipment displays and learn about fire safety & prevention up close.

This event is open to the public and admission is free. Donations are greatly appreciated.

In addition the fire department is happy to take disaster relief supplies and get them to the correct agencies.

Blacksburg Volunteer Fire Department Station #3 is located at 407 Hubbard Street in Blacksburg, VA.
