The Hokie Village Fan Festival will be held on Thursday, October 17, 2024 before the Virginia Tech football game against Boston College at Moseley Turf Practice Field beside Thompson Field and across from Lane Stadium on the campus of Virginia Tech.
Bring the whole family and dive into a world excitement! Enjoy a live concert from the The Jared Stout Band, interactive activities including free face painting, balloon artist inflatables, cornhole and giant Jenga, food trucks and drink tents.
Meet the Virginia Tech Men's and Women's Soccer teams and get their autographs while hanging with the HokieBird and Spirit Squads. The Hokie Women's Soccer team is expected to sign from 5:30-6:00 PM and the Hokie Men's Soccer team from 6:00-6:30 PM.
Get ready to experience the high-octane energy and soulful sound of the Jared Stout Band! This alt-country powerhouse hails from Southwestern Virginia and is known for their unique blend of Appalachian rhythm and blues.
As runners-up for the "On-The-Rise" award at FloydFest 22, the Jared Stout Band delivers an unforgettable performance by bringing their own energetic and soulful original songs to the stage. Jared Stout's relatable songwriting and powerful voice are front and center, supported by a group of audibly and emotionally dynamic musicians.

Formed in 2018, they became an area favorite winning the 2020 Rockn to Lockn competition. Admission is free and all are welcome.
As it is a controlled area, fans cannot bring in beer from outside of Hokie Village nor leave Hokie Village without consuming their beverages.
The Hokie Village will be held on the turf soccer practice field beside Lane Stadium and in front of Thompson Field and can be accessed by both the Beamer Way gate entrance and the Thompson Field entrance.
