The Charles & Ona B Free Memorial Library (Dublin Library) presents their Barktober Costume Contest for Pets on Saturday, October 19, 2024.
Join the library and Pulaski County, VA Animal Control for a Holiday costume contest! Be sure to dress your pup up in their holiday dress and join in some friendly competition. Afterward, let your pets mingle as we learn a little from Animal Control about what they do and how the community can help them.
