Join us for a spooktacular time! Thriving Families Pulaski is excited to partner with local community service providers for a fantastic Halloween event. Join us for an evening filled with pumpkin painting, face painting, family photos, creative crafts and complimentary haircuts on a first-come, first-served basis and more.
Admission is free.
