Blacksburg Boxing and Fitness is partnering with JBR Vineyards to present Class and a Glass on Saturday, November 16, 2024.

Blacksburg Boxing and Fitness is partnering with JBR Vineyards to provide and afternoon of fun with a wide range of fitness and boxing classes and wine by the glass.

Fitness Class Lineup:
• 8:30 AM: Weekend Warrior (Fitness Based)
• 9:45 AM: Boxing 101 (Great for Beginners)
• 10:45 AM: Low Impact Boxing & Yoga (Great Cardio & Stretching)
• 11:15 AM: Special Boxing (Great for Special Olympic Athletes)
• 12:00 PM: Boxing Skills and Drills (Boxing Technique Class)
• 2:15 PM: Boxing Applications for Self-Defense (Great to Learn Self-Defense Moves)
• 4:00 PM: Event Closes

All classes are free all day! Participants may attend more than one class.

Wine is $10.00 per class and the first glass will be poured following the Weekend Warrior class starting around 9:30 AM and will continue until 4:00 PM. Cash, check and Venmo will be accepted for wine. Wine bottles will also be available for purchase.

No registration required, just show up. No experience required and all equipment provided.

Must be 21 or older to attend.

Blacksburg Boxing and Fitness is located at 115 South Hill Drive in Blacksburg, VA.
