MK Leadership presents the 2024 NRV Live2Lead on Thursday, December 5, 2024 at the Blacksburg Police Station Community Room.

L2L is a transformational day of growth that brings together world renowned speakers and local NRV leaders all into the same room. This year we are focusing on reuniting the community to bring back the village mentality. Join like-minded people who share a desire to make the world a better place for a day of personal and professional growth. Find your voice, your vision, and your purpose in how to change your world from where you are now.
Morning Session:
Success is not a final goal to reach—it’s about how we live, lead, and grow every day. You will learn how to intentionally lead your own journey with resilience, determination, purpose, and direction. The morning session will leave you motivated to not just aim for your goals but to elevate your life, no matter what challenges you face.
Afternoon session:
Life's challenges and conflicts are not obstacles but opportunities for growth, deeper understanding, and lasting peace. The afternoon session will show you how conflict can be the key to unlocking stronger relationships, both at work and at home. You’ll learn how to manage your energy, overcome obstacles, and take meaningful steps toward your vision.
Lunch will be provided.
