Westover Ballet presents "Nutcracker 1918" with three performances starting on Thursday, December 19, 2024 and Saturday, December 20, 2024 at 6:30 PM and on Sunday, December 21, 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Pulaski Theatre.

Westover Ballet presents a live performance of a unique adaptation of the classic Nutcracker ballet. Our story is inspired by the World War 1 journal of Pulaski native, Robert Perry Millirons, and was first performed in 2018.

The guns in France at last are quiet. The boys come home and are reunited with their loved ones. Gone are the brutal months of trench warfare and the anxious months spent waiting at home. Families can once again celebrate together, singing "Peace on earth, Goodwill toward men".

This is the backdrop for the story of young Clara, eagerly waiting for her brother Perry to return. Westover Ballet’s Nutcracker 1918 takes her on a journey of vivid imaginations and finally brings her to a heartwarming conclusion.

Tickets for adults are $12.00 and $8.00 for children under 12.

Doors open one hour before showtime. For this performance, doors open at 5:30 PM.
