Blacksburg Boxing and Fitness presents their Free Boxing 101 1st Timers Class every Saturday morning starting at 9:45 AM.
Boxing 101 (For Beginners) is a great introductory class for participants who are new to both boxing and fitness. In this one hour class we will be teaching you the Boxing Fundamentals from the ground up, then practice what we've learned.
All are welcome and no experience is necessary.
ALL equipment is provided, just bring a water bottle and come a few minutes early.
