The Virginia Tech Women's Basketball team continues their 2024/2025 season against ACC Conference opponent SMU on Sunday, February 2, 2025 in Cassell Coliseum.

This game serves as the annual Pink Out game and fans are encouraged to wear pink in support of the team's breast cancer awareness initiative as part of their annual Play4Kay game.

It's also National Girls & Women in Sports Day. An annual event, Virginia Tech Women's Basketball celebrates National Girls & Women in Sports Day at Cassell by highlighting an all-female in-venue crew, hosting an exclusive workshop for girls during the game, and recognizing the achievements of various Virginia Tech women, past and present. National Girls & Women in Sports Day is officially celebrated on Wednesday, February 5, 2025.

There will also be a Girls In-Game Workshop. All girls in the eighth grade and under are invited to join our staff for a special in-game workshop, which provides an opportunity for them to learn about and shadow female staff at the game. General admission tickets are $12.00 for adults and $7.00 for youth.
Family Four packs are also available for $10.00 for each ticket with a minimum purchase of four tickets.

Tickets can be purchased in person at the Athletics Ticket Office in the Southwest Tower of Lane Stadium during the week, by phone at 540-231-6731 or at the ticket windows of Cassell Coliseum on game day or online.
