The Jessie Peterman Library presents "Kindly Mirrors: Floyd County History Talk" on Sunday, February 2, 2025.
Kindly Mirrors: The Photography of Richard "Dick" Shank & Gertrue Vest Shank, depicts Floyd County life through 30 images selected from 161 negatives made by the Shanks between 1912 and 1917. Ricky Cox, Alice Slusher, and Catherine Pauley will talk about life and history in Floyd County, and the exhibit photo selection.
The Jessie Peterman Library is located at 321 West Main Street in Floyd, VA.
