The Virginia Tech School of Performing Arts continues their Concert Artist Series with Ben Kazez, baritone and Richard Masters, piano on Monday, February 3, 2025 inside the Squires Recital Salon located within the Squires Student Center on the campus of Virginia Tech.
Baritone Ben Kazez performs with pianist Richard Masters as a part of the Concert Artist Series presented by the Virginia Tech School of Performing Arts.
On the program works by H. Lane Wilson, Franz Schubert, Frank E. Tours, Ralph Vaughan Williams, J.S. Bach and Amy Woodforde-Finden will be performed.
Baritone Ben Kazez studied on the Britten Pears Young Artist Programme, and later at the Guildhall School of Music. Today, he enjoys a varied career of solo and small-ensemble work with many leading early music ensembles, specializing in Bach and French baroque repertoire.
Richard Masters is a soloist, opera coach, chamber musician, orchestral pianist, and an associate professor of piano and collaborative piano on the music faculty in the School of Performing Arts.
Squires Recital Salon is located at 241 Squires Student Center in Blacksburg, VA on the campus of Virginia Tech.
