The Mason Jar at Claytor Lake presents Tubbahummus in concert with special guest Allen Surface on Saturday, February 8, 2025.
Tubbahummus is a fusion band and blends together jazz, blues, rock, reggae and other genres to create a unique music experience that has something for everyone. At its core, Tubbahummus is a three piece band, but has regular guests and has a focus on showcasing local talent.
Our music catalog includes many cover tunes that folks know and love. However, we pride ourselves on being able to improvise fresh new music on the spot. That free spirt combined with each show having a different local talent makes for a unique show every time and hopefully memorable moments for both the band and audience that you just have to be there to enjoy.

Allen Surface is an acoustic musician performing primarily on the dobro and is based in Southwest Virginia and regularly performs with various local musicians from the New River Valley.
