The Christiansburg Aquatic Center presents the class "Better than Revenge Bootcamp" on Wednesday, February 12, 2025.
Forget the flowers and chocolates, this class is all about splashing away the stress. Join us for a bootcamp inspired workout designed to keep your heart racing (more than your ex could). Using various HIIT exercises on land and lap swimming, we'll be sweating it out, letting it go, and proving that self-love is the only kind that truly matters! It’s time to make your fearless fitness journey your own love story, you can do it with a broken heart!
The cost is $5.00 per participant.

Registration is available from Friday, January 31st through Tuesday, February 11th. This is a pre-registration fitness class as spaces are limited.
The fitness class is moderate to high-intensity. Must be comfortable in water depth from 7-17 feet. For ages 16 and up.
The Christiansburg Aquatic Center is located at 595 North Franklin Street in Christiansburg, VA.
