The Christiansburg Aquatic Center presents Love at First Splash for Ages 16 & Up on Wednesday, February 12, 2025.
Are you ready to stay, stay, stay committed to your fitness goals? Fall head over heels for fitness in our Love at First Splash workout. This circuit- style workout will involve water and land through various HIIT exercises and lap swimming. So, grab your heart (and your swimsuit) and get ready to make some waves. We’ll leave no blank space in your workout routine, every move is designed to get your heart racing. It’s time to make your fearless fitness journey your own love story, trust us it’s going to be an enchanted one.
Registration is available from January 31st through February 11th. This is a pre-registration fitness class as spaces are limited.
The cost is $5.00 per participant.

The fitness class is moderate to high-intensity. Participants must be comfortable in water depth 7-17ft.
