Hacksburg presents the workshop "Metal Casting" on Sunday, March 9, 2025.

Make your own sand cast Aluminum object at our casting class! Sand casting is an exciting process that’s very accessible to the hobbyist.

If you have something wood or 3D printed that you'd like to cast, bring it along! If it's a complicated shape, you may want to talk to us first.

The cost of the class is $5.00 for non-members and free for Hacksburg members. The material fee is $5.00 for both groups.

This class is for attendees age 16 and up. If you are bringing an attendee under 18, you (the parent/guardian) must stay for the entire duration of the class.

Note: Wear all cotton clothes and long pants.
