The Museum of Geosciences at Virginia Tech presents a Specimen ID Day on Saturday, April 12, 2025.
The Museum will hold its first-ever Specimen Identification Day. We encourage the public to bring any rocks, minerals, fossils, or meteorites they want to be identified by faculty, staff, and students.
All are welcome and admission is free.
Thee Museum of Geosciences is located at 926 West Campus Drive in Blacksburg, VA in room 2062 within Derring Hall on the campus of Virginia Tech.
