St. John's Episcopal Church concludes their Music on the Corner concert series for the 2024/2025 season featuring the Garth Newel Piano Quartet on Friday, April 25, 2025.
We are excited to welcome back the nationally and internationally acclaimed Garth Newel Piano Quartet to present the program for this concert. This amazing group of musicians have performed throughout the United States and on five continents at such prominent venues as Carnegie Hall, The Chautauqua Institution, Strathmore Hall and the San Diego Chamber Music Workshop. For your enjoyment at our concert, they will be performing romantic favorites, including Brahms' dramatic Piano Quartet No. 1 in G minor, Opus 25.
It is free and open to the public.
The concert is family friendly however, it is best suited to children over age 10.
The concert begins at 6:00 PM.
St. John's Episcopal Church is located at 1 Mountain Avenue in Roanoke, VA at the corner of Jefferson St and Elm Ave in downtown Roanoke.
