The Blacksburg Library hosts the April Sustainable Blacksburg Lunch and Learn titled "Legal Action on Climate: A Local Example" in person and on Zoom on Wednesday, April 23, 2025.
Chase Counts and Billy Weitzenfeld, the current and former directors of the Association of Energy Conservation Professionals based in Floyd County, will share the story of how their small but mighty non-profit was able to make an outsized impact on a pivotal climate lawsuit. Learn more about this win for Virginians and how it will support climate resilience and the clean energy transition in Virginia for years to come.
