The Pulaski County High School Players perform "Shrek The Musical" with five performances starting on Thursday, April 24, 2025 and continuing through Sunday, April 27, 2025 at Pulaski County High School's Jeff McCoy Theatre.

Performance Schedule:
• Thursday, April 24th at 7:00 PM
• Friday, April 25th at 7:00 PM
• Saturday, April 26th at 2:00 PM (Understudy Show)
• Saturday, April 26th at 7:00 PM
• Sunday, April 27th at 2:00 PM (Senior Recognition)

"Shrek The Musical" is a Tony Award-winning fairy tale adventure that brings all the beloved characters you know from the film to life on stage and proves there's more to the story than meets the ears. Spend time with Shrek, Fiona, Donkey, Farquaad, and all the other Fairytale Creatures as they each journey to discover what their true purpose in the story is!

"Once upon a time, there was a little ogre named Shrek...." And thus begins the tale of an unlikely hero who finds himself on a life-changing journey alongside a wisecracking Donkey and a feisty princess who resists her rescue. Throw in a short-tempered bad guy, a cookie with an attitude and over a dozen other fairy tale misfits, and you've got the kind of mess that calls for a real hero. Luckily, there's one on hand, and his name is Shrek.

The musical is based on the Dreamworks Animated Motion Picture and the book by William Steig.

General admission tickets are $10.00, Pulaski County Public Schools faculty, staff and students are $5.00 and children four & younger are free. Weekend Show Passes which includes all five shows are $40.00.
