This April, we’re delighted to spotlight Mebane Manor Vineyards, a family-owned vineyard rooted in sustainability, innovation, and love for the land. Tucked in the foothills of Pulaski County, this historic estate-turned-vineyard is stewarded by the Collignon family. With a deep respect for nature and an eye toward the future, Mebane Manor Vineyards crafts wine using sustainable practices that honor the land and community. Their passion for innovation and craftsmanship is as bold as their reds and as crisp as their whites.

Savor a seasonal menu highlighting the best of spring’s bounty, expertly paired with wines that reflect the heart and soul of our region. This is more than a dinner, it’s a celebration of our shared table, our local growers, and the stories behind the flavors.

• East Coast Oyster:
Freshly shucked and served on shaved ice with yuzu kosho mignonette.
Paired with Mebane Manor Vidal Blanc

• Butter-Poached Crab:
Served with avocado, sliced English cucumber, and microgreens.
Paired with Mebane Manor Viognier

• Corvina Sea Bass:
Served with kaffir coconut sauce, coconut rice, and baby bok choy.

• Honey Walnut Cheesecake:
Made with Bryson’s General Store’s honey locally sourced in Draper, VA and Country Roots Farm goat cheese locally sourced from Wytheville, VA.

The cost is $65.00 per person and an optional wine pairing is also available to add for $30.00 per person.
