The Virginia Tech Alumni Association presents the Enter Night Concert Kickoff on Wednesday, May 7, 2025 at the Virginia Tech Marching Virginians Center.

Before the lights go down and the first riff hits, kick off your Metallica concert experience with the Enter Night Concert Kickoff, your all-access pre-show party just steps from the action! Join us for the ultimate pre-show celebration with good vibes, great music and pure hype.

You’ll fuel up with great food and drinks because no epic night starts on an empty stomach! This 21+ event is the perfect way to get in the zone with fellow fans before Metallica takes the stage. The Sochinski-McKee Marching Virginians Center is close to the action plus we'll have food, drinks, a DJ, and yard games.

Enjoy nachos, sliders (hot dogs, pork BBQ, chicken BBQ, bacon cheeseburgers), mac and cheese, vegetarian baked beans, cupcakes, cookies, sodas, bottled water, beer, wine and seltzer.

Registration includes food, three drink tickets, and a $5.00 gift to support New River Valley Alumni Chapter Scholarships.

Admission is $25.00 in advance and $30.00 the day of the event.

Virginia Tech Marching Virginians Center is located at 821 Southgate Drive in Blacksburg, VA in the Chicken Hill parking lot and across from Lane Statdium.
