The Eastmont Community Foundation continues the 2025 Oldtown Nights Concert Series featuring Miller Holler with post concert fireworks, a Cornhole Tournament, Car Show and Dunk Booth in celebration of Independence Day on Friday, July 4, 2025 at Oldtown Fields in Shawsville, VA.

Event Schedule:
• 5:45 PM: Gates Open
• 6:00-9:00 PM: Miller Holler Concert
• 6:00 PM: Cornhole Tournament
• 6:00 PM: Car Show
• 6:00 PM: Dunk Booth
• ~9:20 PM: Fireworks Show

Celebrate Independence Day and July 4th in EastMont with live music, car show, cornhole tournament, dunk booth and ending with a fireworks show.

Miller Holler is a country rock band with southern roots and a hunger for going against the grain and stirring up the music industry in Nashville, Tennessee.

The Shawsville Ruritan Club hosts a Cornhole Tournament starting at 6:00 PM. Entry is $40.00 for a two-person team. The tournament is single elimination with a maximum of 16 teams. Contact Barnett Carr to register by calling 540-523-1472 or email bcarr@vt.edu. Tuesday, July 1st is the last day to enter.

E&E Automotive once again hosts the Car Show on the Old Town Field Track. Prizes will be awarded for Best Custom, Best Original and Best Motorcycle. There will also be a raffle. Eastern Montgomery High School PTO will hosts a Dunking Booth starting at 6:00 PM. The cost to throw is $2.00 for one throw or $5.00 for three throws.

Admission is $5.00 for adults and free for ages 6 & under.

Concessions including snow cones and drinks including adult beverages for those ages 21 & up will be available for purchase. Support local non-profits in fundraising including Eastern Montgomery High School Athletic Boosters.

Please bring cash for tickets and beer sales. Only limited credit card sales available.

Please bring your own chairs and/or blankets. No tents or umbrellas allowed.

Children ages 16 & under must be accompanied by an adult.

No outside drinks and no pets permitted. Only service dogs are allowed.
