The Oak Grove Pavilion presents Windfall in concert on Sunday, July 27, 2025.

It was so much fun to have them on the Oak Grove stage last summer, that we want to do it again! Enjoy an afternoon of music!

Windfall, from Floyd, VA, grabs an audience and takes them for a wonderful ride through the eclectic landscape of Americana and roots music. Friendly as a familiar old porch swing, warm and cozy as sitting around the fire, fresh and honest as the Blue Ridge breeze.

Windfall plays music from the past to the present as well as original material. Playing songs from a variety of artists like Tim O'Brien, Bob Dylan, Townes Van Zandt, Dar Williams, Jackson Browne, Gordon Lightfoot, Eric Clapton, Little Feat, Robert Johnson, Muddy Waters, Jack Williams, John Prine, Nancy Griffith and many more.

As always, there is no cost to attend, although a "free-will" donation will be collected and given to the Floyd Community Cares Fund. A "last resort" emergency fund to support Floydians in need.

Bring your lawn chairs, friends and dancing shoes (heck bring your Sunday supper) and enjoy time in the oak grove listening and dancing to some great music.

The event will be held rain or shine with the exception of thunderstorms.
