Solstice Farm Brewery presents Oysterfest featuring Chesapeake Bay Oysters with Music by Mike Franke on Saturday, December 13, 2025.
Schedule of Events:
• 1:00-8:00 PM: Oysters from Firecraft food truck
• 5:30-7:30 PM: Mike Franke in Concert
Enjoy fresh Chesapeake Bay oysters served on the half shell both grilled and raw with many condiments. Also on the menu is Nightman Beef Chili and Vichyssoise (Potato Leek Soup) from Firecraft Cuisine. Perfect fall fare with 11 taps of brews!
Single oysters are $3.25, half dozen oysters are $19.07 and a dozen oysters are $35.60.

BMI recording artist, Mike Franke, is a talented singer and songwriter specializing in acoustic blues-based Americana and based in Salem, Virginia. Mike favors finger-style guitar picking, adds slide guitar to the mix, and sings in a rich, baritone voice with a touch of grit.
Mike is the current president of the Southwest Virginia Songwriters Association, and has been voted in the top three best local performers in the Roanoke, Virginia area.
