Moon Hollow Brewing presents a special New Year's Eve Kolsch Service on Wednesday, December 31, 2025.

It’s New Year’s Eve in Cologne at Moon Hollow! Join us for a very special New Year’s Eve Kolsch Service concluding with the ball drop in Germany!

What is Kolsch service you ask? Kolsch beer originated in Cologne, Germany where they are frequently served in 20cL Stange glassware and refills are brought to your table side in. a Kranz tray. This ensures fresh and cold, delicious beer at your convenience!

Moon Hollow’s Kolsch service will emulate this awesome traditional service style serving our Crescent Kolsch. We'll be coming around the taproom and patio with our serving tray to bring you a new glass when you're ready. However, if you’d rather not participate all other beers will be served as usual.

Beers are regular price.
