The Meadowbrook Public Library presents the program "Substance Use in the NRV: A Public Health Perspective" on Tuesday, January 27, 2026.

Join the New River Health District for an open conversation on substance use in the New River Valley, the impact of the War on Drugs, and how we move forward together.

Free dinner will be provided.
