Blue Ridge Motion presents the January Open Gym for All Ages on Sunday, January 25, 2026.

Adults, kids and even seniors, if you like to move, roll, climb, come out to Blue Ridge Motion for our once a month Open gym! This is a great opportunity to play, explore movement, do different challenges and just make fitness fun. We have a spring floor (this session will have the air floor out), obstacles, bars. It's gonna be a great time to work out some energy. Our instructors can help with some light instruction and spotting as well.

The cost is $15.00 per hour for non-members and $12.00 per hour for members. Length of visit is completely up to each individual.
