The Black Cultural Center at Virginia Tech presents a Film Screening & Discussion of the documentary "I Am MLK Jr." on Tuesday, January 20, 2026.
Join us for a community screening of "I Am MLK Jr.", a powerful documentary celebrating the life, legacy, and continuing impact of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Through interviews and historic footage, the film highlights his leadership, vision, and enduring influence on movements for justice today.
Following the screening, students will lead an open discussion to reflect on Dr. King’s message and explore how his dream continues to inspire action in our own lives and communities.
Admission is free and all are welcome.
The Black Cultural Center, located within the Squires Student Center, is located at 126 Squires Student Center in Blacksburg, VA on the campus of Virginia Tech.
