Virginia Tech Interfaith Initiative presents the Virginia Tech Multifaith Week Keynote Speaker on Tuesday, February 3, 2026 in the Goodall Room in the Newman Library on the campus of Virginia Tech.
Dr. Andrew Mark Henry is a renowned religious studies scholar and has over 1.1 million YouTube followers under his screen name Religion For Breakfast. His lecture will address the question, “Why do STEM students need to learn about religion?” Questions from the audience can be submitted in writing during the event.
This event is free and open to all Hokies and all members of the New River Valley community.
This event is a collaboration of the Interfaith Initiative, the Department of Religion & Culture, and Judaic Studies.
Newman Library is located at 560 Drillfield Drive in Blacksburg, VA on the campus of Virginia Tech.
