Christiansburg Institute, Inc. presents the program titled "Where Tradition Meets Tomorrow: A Celebration Of Black Excellence" on Saturday, February 7, 2026 at the Christiansburg Library.
Christiansburg Institute, Inc. is excited to host this opportunity to celebrate Black culture and celebrate the impact of HCBUs, history, innovation, and community leadership while creating space for connection, storytelling, and economic empowerment.
Join us for an evening featuring:
• A Keynote Address by Fletcher Nichols
• An Engaging HBCU Alumni Panel Discussion
• A Special "Brick by Brick: The Interconnected Fight for School Equality" Exhibit Viewing
Free and open to the public.
This is a Montgomery County 250 and Virginia 250 event.
