Sweetgrass Yoga presents a Sound Immersion Class on Sunday, April 12, 2026.

Sound Immersion is the use of the vibrations of sound through various percussion instruments and voice to guide participants into a journey of relaxation. It’s deeply immersive meditative experience is designed to relax muscles, slow down heart rate and respiration, synchronize brain wave frequencies and nourish the nervous system. Frequencies penetrate the receiver at a cellular level as layers of tightness melt away, quickening the release of deeply held emotional and physical stresses.

Attendees experience therapeutic sound in a reclined position, providing their entire being the space it needs to heal.

Dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat, blanket or cushion to enjoy this immersion. Other props will be available for added comfort.
