Draper Mercantile and Trading Company continues their Heritage Dinner Series titled "Appalachian Roots" on Tuesday, April 7, 2026.

Join us for an intimate four-course dining experience rooted in Appalachian tradition with a special prefix farm to table menu. Thoughtfully curated by Chief Culinarian Corbin Ramey and his team, each course highlights the depth and character of regional cuisine. This is the first dinner in the series for 2026.

Four Course Menu:
• First Course: Mebane Vineyards Egg Salad on Toasted Salt Rising Bread
• Second Course: Debbie’s Cornbread, Appalachian Pinto Beans, House Made Chow Chow
• Third Course: Bone In Fried Chicken, Scalloped Potatoes, Collard Greens, House Made Pickles
• Fourth Course: Old Fashioned Apple Crumble, Butter Pecan Ice Cream

The dinner is $45.00 per person.
