Description:
The Claytor Lake Festival Committee presents the 27th Annual Claytor Lake Beach Festival on Saturday, June 13, 2026 at Claytor Lake State Park.

Tentative Schedule of Activities:
• 7:00 – 11:00 AM: Fishing Tournament Registration
• 8:30-10:30 AM: Annual Car & Motorcycle Show Registration
• 9:30 AM: Law Enforcement Drive In
• 9:45 AM – 3:00 PM: Law Enforcement Display
• 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM: Arts & Crafts & Food Vendors
• 10:00 AM – 2:30 PM: Annual Car & Motorcycle Show
• 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM: Wine Tasting Available
• 12:00 PM: Fishing Tournament Essays Due
• 2:00 PM: Car Show Awards Ceremony
• 9:15 PM: Fireworks Begin

Enjoy live beach music, food & craft vendors, swimming & lake activities with US Coast Guard, kids activities, local crafts, car show, the Annual Everett Lee Yearout, Jr. & Sr. Adult / Youth Fishing Tournament & Essay, and fireworks, all set against the beautiful backdrop of Claytor Lake!

The Everett Lee Yearout, Jr. Adult and Youth Fishing Tournament registration will be held from 7:00-11:00 AM. This year the tournament theme is "Fishing is fun for family and friends because". Essays are due at 12:00 PM. Trophies and awards will be given out in the afternoon.

The Annual Car & Motorcycle Show registration is from 8:30-10:30 AM. The registration is $20.00 to enter the show (paid at the Contact Station) and this is the only fee you pay to enter the festival. The show will be held from 10:00 AM - 2:30 PM with the Awards Ceremony with dash plaques and trophies handed out starting at 2:00 PM.

Enjoy a paid wine tasting featuring Virginia wineries MountainRose Vineyard and Woods Acre Winery.

Admission include parking and swimming.

The festival fee is $20.00 per vehicle or $15.00 with donation of five cans of food. The fee for disabled lice plate / tag vehicles is $15.00 per vehicle or $10.00 with a donation of 5 cans of food.

The food donations will be collected by Boy Scout Troop #249 and will be donated to a local food bank.
