The Pulaski County Library presents the talk "Gourds: The Good, Bad, And Ugly" on Thursday, April 30, 2026.
Join Ed Blackford, from Star Watch Studio in Christiansburg, VA, as he shares his experiences and tips for growing gourds here in the New River Valley area- He will show examples of the many types of gourds you can grow yourself.
Besides being a Master Gardener, Ed is also an adventurer and recently spent two years in Guyana, South America and may share a story or two during his presentation.
