Description:
Draper Mercantile and Trading Company continues their Heritage Dinner Series titled "Appalachian Roots II" featuring local beef from Honaker House Farms in Draper, VA on Tuesday, May 5, 2026.

Join us for an intimate four-course dining experience rooted in Appalachian tradition with a special prefix farm to table menu. Thoughtfully curated by Chief Culinarian Corbin Ramey and his team, each course highlights the depth and character of regional cuisine. This is the second dinner in the series for 2026.

Four Course Menu:
• First Course: Petite Country Fried Steak, Saw Mill Gravy, Biscuit Bite
• Second Course: Beef Tenderloin, Carpaccio Style, Dandelion Greens
• Third Course: "Not Your Grandma's Pot Roast" with Yukon Gold Potatoes, Baby Carrots, Braising Jus
• Fourth Course: Homemade Buttermilk Pie with Vanilla Ice Cream

The dinner is $45.00 per person.
