Description:
The Pulaski County High School Players present the play "Matilda The Musical" with four performances starting on Friday, May 1, 2026 and ending on Sunday, May 3, 2026 at Pulaski County High School's Jeff McCoy Theatre.

Performance Schedule:
• Friday, May 1st at 7:00 PM
• Saturday, May 2nd at 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM
• Sunday, May 3rd at 2:00 PM

"Matilda The Musical" is a full-length play based on the classic book by Roald Dahl.

Matilda is a little girl with astonishing wit, intelligence and psychokinetic powers. She's unloved by her cruel parents but impresses her schoolteacher Miss Honey. During her first term at school, the two forge a bond as Miss Honey begins to recognize and appreciate Matilda's extraordinary personality. Matilda's school life isn't completely smooth sailing, however – the school's mean headmistress, Miss Trunchbull, hates children and just loves to punish those who don't abide by her rules. But Matilda has courage and cleverness in equal amounts, and could be the school pupils' saving grace!

Packed with high-energy dance numbers, catchy songs and unforgettable characters, children and adults alike will be thrilled and delighted by the story of the special little girl with an extraordinary imagination.

Tickets are $10.00 for general admission and $5.00 per person for Pulaski County Public School Students, Faculty & Staff and will be available at the door.

Concessions and merchandise will be available for purchase. There will also be a 50/50 raffle and a cast signed book auction.

Note: The show is Rated PG for some mild language and theatrical elements.
