Villa Appalaccia Winery presents a special Mother's Day Music at the Villa with Lonely Parrots on Sunday, May 10, 2026.

Lonely Parrots is a rising folk-pop duo based in the San Francisco Bay Area of California made up of singer-songwriters Michael Martinez and Max Embers. Known for their catchy melodies and emotionally honest lyrics, the two artists blend introspection with uplifting messages, exploring themes of love, loss, growth, and self-discovery.

Both Max and Michael come from successful solo careers with appearances on NBC’s Songland and American Idol, and collaborations with artists like Kelly Clarkson, John Legend, Ryan Tedder, Naika, and John Oates. They first met at Berklee College of Music in Boston, studying under industry icons Kara DioGuardi and Paula Cole. Since then, they’ve built a grassroots following through house shows, backyard concerts, and artist residencies including the acclaimed 20Summers series in Provincetown, MA.

While working towards their upcoming original debut release as Lonely Parrots, the duo launched MORF (Music on Regenerative Farms), an initiative bringing live music to sustainable farms, raising awareness for the regenerative movement and celebrating environmental projects through the power of music.

Relax and enjoy some great music along with great wine and food.

Only on Sundays, enjoy homemade pizza. Pizza lineup includes Primavera Bianca (May Special), Margherita, Classico and Pestare. Pizza Sundays are always weather permitting.

There is no cover however tips for the musicians are appreciated.

Guests are also welcome to bring outside food.

Music Saturday are back! Enjoy music every Saturday from May through October.

We love kids. We love dogs. As long as they're friendly, leashed (the dogs, of course!) and picked up after, bring them with you. We just ask that all guests are respectful of others.
