Starters (Choice Of One):
• Smoked Salmon Deviled Eggs
• Fried Green Tomatoes with Pimento Cheese & Fig Balsamic Drizzle
Entrees (Choice Of One):
• Appalachian Eggs Benedict - Buttermilk Biscuit, Country Ham, Poached Eggs, Sundried Tomato Hollandaise & Breakfast Potatoes.
• Seared Salmon W/ Tarragon Orange Butter - Rice Pilaf, & Steamed Broccoli
• 10 Oz Grilled Ribeye, 3 Eggs Your Way, Breakfast Potatoes.
• Build Your Own Omelet - Breakfast Potatoes, Toast.
Dessert (Choice Of One):
• Red Velvet Cake
• Cheese Cake - Lemon-Blueberry Compote, Whipped Cream.
