Celebrate and support women’s health this Mother’s Day season!
Free Maternal Health & Wellness Services:
• Maternal health screenings
• Blood pressure, glucose and urinalysis checks
• Mental health and wellness screenings
• Health education
• Community resource connections
Maternal Mental Health Focus:
In recognition of Maternal Mental Health Month:
• Learn about signs of stress, anxiety and depression
• Connect with local behavioral health resources
• Support for overall emotional well-being
Mother’s Day Celebration Includes Giveaways (while supplies last), such as:
• Baby care and maternal wellness items
• Women's self-care resources
Walk-ins welcome. No cost. No insurance required.
Open to all women, regardless of pregnancy status that are residents of the New River Valley and surrounding communities.
Offered by Radford University CARES Maternal Health Pilot in partnership with New River Valley Community Services (NRVCS), Virginia Department of Health (VDH) New River District and Anthem HealthKeepers.
