Live Work Eat Grow presents the class "The Craft of Cordials" on Saturday, May 30, 2026 at Millstone Kitchen in Prices Fork, VA.

Join us for a hands-on class exploring plants and the craft of herbal cordials. We’ll learn everything you need to know to bring these spirited preparations to life, including extraction techniques to creative formulation approaches. You’ll learn flavoring strategies to create cordials that taste good and bring a dose of joy to the table.

This class also weaves in the materia medica of cordials, guiding you in choosing plants that contribute not only to taste, but to energetic and physiological support. Along the way, we’ll share recipes to help inspire you to develop your own cordial blends, which can be cultivated with intentions that match their beauty in a glass. Everyone will leave with a bottle of cordial and the excitement that comes from connecting with the natural world.

This class is taught by Lindsey Feldpausch, RH(AHG), a clinical herbalist, educator, and Assistant Director at the Herbal Academy. Lindsey's work has been focused on education and clinical herbal practice, teaching for online and in-person herb programs, as well as at a variety of conferences, while maintaining a clinical practice of her own. She has worked professionally in the field of herbalism for over 15 years.

The cost is $30.00 per person.
