The Good Neighbor Market presents their July Market on Friday, July 24, 2026 at the Dublin Town Center.
Join the July Market with 25+ local vendors including homemade items, unique crafts, dirty sodas, BBQ, paninis, fresh produce, baked goods, sweet treats & more, live music with perfmers Kory Wirt & Billy Steele and Joe Kessinger, wine tasting with Iron Heart Winery, kid friendly activities & play areas and food trucks. Additionally, the Antique Shed will be open during market hours.

Billy Steele is a singer-songwriter and guitarist from Southwest Virginia with enough pop sensibility to pull at your heart strings, but also make you tap your feet. He loves to express himself through original work, but loves to hit you with familiar cover tunes as well to help you get to know who inspired him.
He’s a songwriter for the working class hero, and the arm chair philosopher.
Enjoy his wide array of selections and original compositions for a night that is sure to be a lot of fun.
He was previously a member of both The Antecedents and Aside Oceans.
Joe Kessinger is a singer and guitarist based in Pulaski, VA performing over 500 different tunes with a wide range of songs covering rock, country, blues and pop music. He performs songs from Tom Petty, Train, Travis Tritt, Stone Temple Pilots, Sam Cooke, Prince, Michael Jackson, Guns n' Roses and more.
There is always a list to choose which song you want to hear which is why he has been dubbed "The Human Jukebox". Always a good time, and a show that is always interactive. Come out and hear a great musician play your favorite song!

The Good Neighbor Market is a curated, community-focused market supporting local farmers, markers and small businesses. The market will be held the last Friday of each month. Sponsored by the Town of Dublin, New River Community College, Rock House Marina and Iron Heart Winery.
