The Town of Floyd continues their 9th Annual Floyd Small Town Summer event series with Willie Williams Band and Downriver Collective on Thursday, July 30, 2026 outside at Warren G. Lineberry Memorial Park.

Join us in welcoming Willie Williams Band along with openers DownRiver Collective for an evening of roots and Americana music!

Willie Williams stands at the crossroads of Americana, country, and hippie jam rock, delivering a sound that feels both rooted and fresh. His vocals are steeped in Carolina twang, while echoes of Memphis soul, J.J. Cale, and The Allman Brothers weave through his arrangements.

DownRiver Collective is an award-winning modern bluegrass band based in Nashville, Tennessee, known for their powerful harmonies, thoughtful songwriting, and genre-blending sound. Rooted in traditional bluegrass and old-time folk, the band seamlessly weaves in elements of classic country, Americana, rock, and modern pop—creating music that honors tradition while pushing it forward.

There will also be a ton of Kids Zone activities including water slides, foam party, bounce house, face painting, live animals, crafts, yard games and more.

The Small Town Fall Festival Event Series is free and open to the public.

The Town of Floyd offers this series of free events to provide a fun, family-friendly atmosphere in downtown Floyd, VA. Featuring music, movies, face-painting, inflatables, games, food and beverage and special activities presented by a variety of community organizations from June 4, 2026 until August 27, 2026.

Bring your lawn chair(s) and/or blanket.

Gates will be open and access provided to the public starting at 6:00 PM.
