The Radford Public Library presents a Teen Tuesday Movie Night featuring the original Star Wars Triology on Tuesday, July 28, 2026 inside the Teen Zone.

Watch the 'Star Wars Original Trilogy', that's right, the whole thing in one go on the big tv in the Teen Zone featuring films "Star Wars: A New Hope", "Empire Strikes Back" and "Return of the Jedi".

The 1977 sci-fi classic "Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope" is the first released Star Wars film and is rated PG. Luke Skywalker joins forces with a Jedi Knight, a cocky pilot, a Wookiee and two droids to save the galaxy from the Empire's world-destroying battle station, while also attempting to rescue Princess Leia from the mysterious Darth Vader.

"Empire Strikes Back" is a 1980 classic action adventure sci-fi film is rated PG and stars Mark Hamill, Harrison Ford and Carrie Fisher.

Movie Synopsis: After the Rebels are brutally overpowered by the Empire on the ice planet Hoth, Luke Skywalker begins Jedi training with Yoda, while his friends are pursued by Darth Vader and a bounty hunter named Boba Fett all over the galaxy.

Return of the Jedi is a 1983 action adventure film starring Mark Hamill, Harrison Ford and Carrie Fisher.
