Description:
The Last Call Animal Foundation presents a Comedy Showcase on Saturday, August 1, 2026 at The Bad Apple in Pembroke, VA.

Event Schedule:
• 6:00–7:00 PM: Cocktail hour, silent auction, rescue animals, and loaded nacho bar
• 7:00 PM: Comedy showcase begins
• Intermission: Final auction bidding, cocktails, popcorn, and candy available

This one-night event brings together stand-up comedy, a loaded nacho bar, drinks, silent auction bidding, adoptable animals, and community fun in support of local rescue animals. Guests are invited to arrive early for cocktail hour, meet animals from Little Big Dog Rescue, browse silent auction items, and grab dinner before settling in for the show.

The evening will feature performances by top regional comedians Katherine Rogue, Dylan Dent, See Low, and Christinia Tynes.

A full cash bar will be available during cocktail hour and intermission. Beer and wine service will remain available during comedy sets to help keep the show running smoothly. Additional snacks, including gourmet popcorn and candy, will be available during intermission.

Proceeds benefit Little Big Dog Rescue.

Little Big Dog Rescue is the little rescue with the big heart. They are a 501(c)(3) non-profit rescue committed to improving and saving the lives of dogs.

Little Big Dog Rescue focuses on pulling dogs from local kill shelters and assisting with owner surrenders when space is available in our foster homes. Beyond rescue, LBDR gives back to our community by promoting responsible dog ownership.
