The Radford Public Library presents the program "Ferns: Dinosaurs Of The Plant World" on Saturday, August 1, 2026.
Presenter Jordan Metzgar, Curator of the Virginia Tech Massey Herbarium, will bring both live and preserved fern specimens for hands-on learning.
Adults and older teens will enjoy learning about ferns and their important role in Virginia's ecology.
The Radford Public Library is located at 30 West Main Street in Radford, VA.
