The Pembroke Police Department, Pembroke Volunteer Fire Department and the Pembroke Recreation Department presents the 2026 National Night Out on Tuesday, August 4, 2026 at Pembroke Town Park & Treasure Island Playground.
Enjoy an evening packed with fun, laughter, great food, and an opportunity to connect with your local first responders!
Activities include:
• Foam Party
• Free Pizza
• Community Kickball Game on the baseball field
• Sno Cones
• Dirty Sodas
• Kids Face Painting
• Dunk Tank (if you're brave enough to take your shot!)
• Meet your local Police Officers
• Visit with the Fire Department
and more!
The Pembroke Fire Department has generously offered to provide free pizza for everyone attending.
Chief Anderson and the officers of the Pembroke Police Department will be on hand throughout the evening to talk with members of the community about current traffic trends we're seeing around town, discuss local crime trends, and answer any questions you may have.
The Pembroke Police Department and the Pembroke Fire Department will also be collecting donations for our local schools through our Pack the Cruiser campaign and Pack the Fire Trailer campaign.
They will be collecting new back-to-school essentials including:
• Backpacks
• Lunch boxes
• School supplies
• New children's clothing of all sizes
• Basic hygiene items like deodorant, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, toothpaste, toothbrushes, hand sanitizer, sanitizing wipes, and other everyday necessities.
We can’t wait to see everyone on National Night Out for an evening of fun, food, community, and making lasting memories together!
The Pembroke Town Park & Treasure Island Playground is located at 115 Pembroke Park Lane in Pembroke, VA.
