Carilion Clinic Community Health and Outreach presents a Free Outdoor Tai Chi Class every Tuesday from Tuesday, June 30, 2026 through Tuesday, September 29, 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM outside Pearisburg First United Methodist Church.

Get moving in a way that helps your body and mind! This free class is a great way to practice self-care. Find relaxation through gentle, flowing movements. Instructor, Jim Nitti, will teach mind-body connection techniques to improve mental health and well-being.

Admission is free.

Registration is not required, just show up.

Designed for all fitness levels and abilities. No equipment needed.

Note: Event will be canceled due to rain or extreme heat.
