Description:
Virginia Tech Football and the Virginia Tech Athletic Department presents the 2026 Virginia Tech Football Fan Day on Sunday, August 16, 2026 at the Virginia Tech Indoor Practice Facility.

Fan Day presents Hokie Nation with the special opportunity to interact with new head coach James Franklin and meet the Hokies' student-athletes, collect autographs and help kick off an exciting new era of Hokie football.

Fans will get the first look at the 2026 football poster and can pick up a copy to be signed by the football student-athletes and/or coaches. Posters will be available both at the promotions table in the middle of the field and at each position group.

Fans can enjoy complimentary hot dogs and bottled water during the event outside Gate 7. Official Virginia Tech merchandise will be available for purchase both inside and outside the facility.

Additionally, representatives from the Blacksburg Hokie Club and Virginia Tech Athletics Ticket Office will be available inside the Beamer-Lawson Indoor Practice Facility to answer questions and provide information.

Fans are encouraged to RSVP at https://app.hokiesports.com/2026-Fan-Day-RSVP and take advantage of one of their first opportunities to interact with the 2026 Hokies before kickoff.

Autographs will be limited to one item per person.

The event is free and open to the public.

There will be no early entry or early access period for this year's event. Doors will open to all attendees at 4:00 PM and fans are encouraged to arrive a few minutes early.

Parking is available for free in Lot 1, the closest public lot, (across from Cassell Coliseum close to Thompson Field) on a first come, first served basis. Parking is free on weekends across campus.

The Virginia Tech Indoor Practice Facility is located at 530 Callagan-Sheridan Way in Blacksburg, VA on the campus of Virginia Tech near Lane Stadium.
