Powerhouse Property Management Office (Blacksburg, VA) presents their First Annual Community Back to School Supply Pickup and Celebration Event for both teachers and students on Wednesday, August 5, 2026.

All teachers, students, and parents are invited to shop for school supplies at no cost! No income, age, or county requirements. This event is open to everyone. No registration is required. First come, first served while supplies last.

We will have different supply stations set up for all students and parents to go to each station as needed including writing tools, paper goods, organization and everyday extras. We will have a separate area for teachers decorations and room supplies.

Walk through and pick out exactly what you need. If you already have a backpack at home, please bring it along to carry your supplies.

For teachers, any experience level is welcome. Visit our dedicated Teacher Area for classroom supplies and decorations.

For students & families, let us know how many students you are shopping for at check-in, then browse our supply stations and pick out exactly what you need.

Light snacks and refreshments will also be provided.

We want all of our community members to feel comfortable and welcome at our event. This event is for all income levels, all age groups, and all counties in the area. We just want to give back to our community!

Powerhouse Property Management Office (Blacksburg, VA) is located at 1701 South Main Street, Suite 04 in Blacksburg, VA. Enter around the back of the building off Marlington Street.
